I became more resolute in the belief that a new narrative of fatherhood was emerging, and we were in a position to capture those new narratives. Unfortunately, as they emerged, so many trappings and stereotypes held tight to the dads in our community.

My father was one of the best men that I’ve ever known. He taught us about being a strong family. He has been gone 20 years but my children still look up to him and gauge their decisions based on how grandpa would do it . He taught us about adventure and respect .
