DD Writer & Father, Slade Wenthworth Walks Us Through The Prep Of Buffalo Chicken Dip.

Learn How To Make This Amazing Snack Accompaniment For Your Kids.

Here is my wife's amazingly easy and delicious crockpot recipe for Buffalo Chicken Dip. The purists (like me and her) will insist on using bleu cheese dressing and crumbles, but you can always use ranch dressing and any cheese your foolish heart desires.

Enjoy!

PREP TIME: 15 minutes
COOK TIME: 1 hour

INGREDIENTS:

4 whole chicken breasts, cut into quarters, boiled and drained
12 oz buffalo sauce
8 oz cream cheese, softened
10 oz bleu cheese dressing
8 oz sour cream
4 oz crumbled blue cheese
8 oz extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Hot sauce to taste (I use Tabasco)
For serving: Tortilla chips, celery and/or carrot sticks

PREPARATION:

Shred chicken to desired size chunks and place in crockpot. Add buffalo sauce combine thoroughly. Set crockpot on high temp.

Stir in remaining ingredients and allow to cook for one hour, stirring occasionally.

If not serving immediately, allow to cool and then refrigerate for reheating/serving later. Will keep in refrigerator for up to 72 hours.
