Tell us about your family!
I have a beautiful loving wife, and four incredible children from 3yrs old to 12. And of course my twin brother.
What was the hardest thing about becoming a dad?
The transition between doing things for yourself, and now focussing on doing it for my children and their future. This cosmic shift of a focus, allowed me to be more driven and focus on my work, and lead by example so I can be a role model for my children.
Has being a dad impacted your career? How?
Yes! In short, it has made me more sensitive. Some people have kids and they get old, while I feel as though my kids allow me to stay youthful. And that allows me to keep going and pushing.
What's one thing you've learned from your children?
Practise makes perfect
How has being a dad made you a better or different leader?
its allowed me to ground things into simple forms and break them down one opportunity at a time. This in turn has helped my team zone in and focus to excel at their skillsets, while not being afraid to take chances and try new things
